Local Pickup Policy
Thank you for choosing our local pickup option for your orders. Please read the following policy regarding pickup procedures and timelines:
- Pickup Location: Our pickup location will be sent via email after purchase. Please ensure you have the correct address before coming to pickup your order.
- Pickup Hours: Pickup hours are 8am-5:00pm. Please make sure to pick up your order during these times. If you would like to request a after hours pickup request, there will be a $10 fee ADDED to your order.
- Pickup Courtesy: Please email @Mesmerizedbykianna when you are outside to pickup your order. PLEASE DO NOT just show up. This is to ensure we are available at your convenience and can get your order to you swiftly.
- Pickup Timeline: Orders must be picked up within 7 days (1 week) of receiving the notification that your order is ready for pickup. If you have not picked up your order within 1 MONTH, your order will NOT be refunded and your outfit will be dispersed back into stock.
- Notification: You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please ensure to check your email regularly.

Failure to Pickup: If your order is not picked up within the specified timeline, it will be automatically shipped to the address provided on your order.

Shipping Fee: A shipping fee will be charged for orders that are not picked up within the specified timeline. The fee will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package.

Refunds: Refunds will not be provided for orders that are not picked up within the specified timeline.

Rescheduling Pickup: If you are unable to pick up your order within the specified timeline, please contact us to arrange an alternative pickup date.
